Bluetang, Wow, that's one aggressive fish. I'll keep an eye on him. Hopefully, he's the last fish being added to the tank so he won't be that big of a trouble. If there's any problem, I'll catch him and bring him back to the store. However, I've read that the pinkface wrasse is known to eat snails and shrimps. That's a worry for me since I love my shrimps.. especially the fire shrimps. |

Labridae (wrasses) is a family of fish you should never buy unless you know the ID. They are a big group of fish which range from under 3" and totally reef-safe to 5 feet and soooo not reef safe. You will commonly see fish from the Labridae family in the LFS that grow to almost 2 feet, so be careful! |
