I found something in the archives (not an easy game to figure out) it said if you attack a planet with 1 starbase with 2 destroyers you've got a 50/50 chance of getting the planet but you'll loose both destroyers, 3 destroyers will give you a 75% chance of getting the planet and 4 will give you 100% chance.
I'm having trouble figuring out how to get culture points, I'm at level 6 on everything, got 6 cybernet cafes (which are supposed to increase your culture points by 1 each hour) and I only now got my second culture point. Any thoughts or ideas? Doug
