I still don't even know what it means!! Everyone has a green dot. woohoo. Now what?? I'm supposed to trust buying something from someone because they have a green dot? If they're bad, does it turn red? By default everyone has a green dot. sigh.....

Ya it's different, I guess if enough people had issues with someone they would hopefully all give them negative points and you would know to avoid that person?
