What are the dimensions? 24x24x24 ?
I had a 30x30x30 cube (115g) that I lit with a 250w DE right over the centre. It worked well enough for me. If I were to do it over again or over a 24^3, I'd go 250 again, but I'd probably flank it with t5's or LED's to give a little more oomph and dusk/dawn variability.
