Default Black Ich on Chromis?

Today I was at my LFS wanting to purchase a false lemonpeel angel.
But then I noticed that while some didn't, most of the Orange Line Chromis in the same tank had various grain-sized black spots on their bodies, fins and tail.
I personally didn't see any on the angel, but still decided to not buy it.

As I'm not very familiar with this type of Chromis, are those black spots normal? Or could it be black spot disease?
