Try moduler led there quick and easy to build I built mine in 25 min really easy to do just an option for ya I also have one here if your interest. 14 led fixture. It's a Cree led DIY fixture work perfect but not that cheep it's cost is about 350.00 it's ready to use.

Hi Lapdog,

Thanks for the PM.

We decided to go the CF route and dear husband is right now putting together some of the wiring. He built version I of the hood last night so we have a better idea of what has to be done to satisfy our (inexpensive) needs/wants. Will post photos of it once we're finished
