Tang aggression to Lawnmower
I just got a juv. tomini tang that has from day one picked on my lawnmower blenny. Just because they eat the same food source? The is certainly enough rocks, flake/pellet, seaweed clip to go around in my 90 gallon.
I am going to be rescaping the tank next weekend and I am hoping this will help, but what other options do I have aside from choosing between the two? |

Just like ppl, I think all fish have their own personalities, I just added a tomini tang and it completely ignores my bi-color blenny, mandarins, ywg, and other fishes. It may be just establishing its territory and could settle down after a while but it all a fish by fish basis.

Yeah I figured as much. The aggression has lessened quite a bit, I have been home for most of the weekend and I only saw one run at the blenny.
The lawnmower is still very skittish around the tang which will hopefully dissipate aver time. On a lighter note the lawnmower didn't really have any weight loss and is still fat as ever! |
