I'm sorry to hear about your tank. Is there any chance that it's fixable? Overflows can usually be cut off and perhaps a new one installed in its place.

We might be able to work a deal to fix it for you. It's obviously a real disappointment for you now and that's not really s great way to start a new tank build.

Hate to say it but you are caught in what they say in latin, caveat emptor {let the buyer beware} unless you are a member of HA's and are willing to use strong arm tactics {I don't advise this} Suck it up and either sell the tank to somebody else or go with what you have and make it nice.
