I see.....so the dimmable bar is only good for T5 with dimmable ballasts then?

I have 2 dimmable T5 ballasts & WP end caps but don't want to use any T5s any longer.

Yea unfortunately the dim powerbar will not dim LED ballasts they have a separate dim circuit
