Yeah I'm pretty sure these guys wouldn't be very successful if they weren't doing things right and fish were dying

Brett is right. It's the LFS' responsibility to make sure people do things right. that's why I always ask the 14 year old sales person at Big Al's what to do first!

He mentioned "Google" and "internet". This show is entertainment not "science documentary". If you don't like it then you don't have to watch it and let others enjoy it
