im still new so easy to care for things, also i have a 6 bulb tek light so i hear it may not be enough light for everything

your lighing should be ok for the majority of corals...depending on the depth of your tank. I have a 24" deep tank and my 6 lamp tek keeps my clams happy on the sand.
