I rum most of my system off my main return from a reeflow it works well its a small dia return line dont think it reduced my overall return flow that much. i also have a closed loop from a second pump but my reactors/UV/ all except skimmer are taken off my return , ive reduced flow from each off line to accommodate the different reactors etc. very clean and less energy/heat added.

What would guys recommend for the pump? I was looking at:
http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/wp...ater+Pump.html the ebay one listed above i would think would be too much for me plus its 1000watts. The return is only about 20 feet and has about 10 feet of head. Everything else will be close by.
