Default need help with ID: green poo on sand?

Hi!

So doing my daily tank inspection and I've noticed what looks like green poo. It literally looks like mini "logs" of poo.

Is it what it looks like it is? I have 2 chromis and a bicolour blenny in the tank. Only noticed them after I added the blenny so I think its him but I just wanna check.

If it is poo, what do I do about it? Do I clean it up? Or will something else take care of it?

Thanks!

Leave it alone, you are worrying too much. You start doing cleaning their poop as a chore you'll be doing it multiple times a day.
