![]() Here are a few more new pics taken today as suggested by sphelps. I used a tripod, remote and lowered the aperchure to f20. Pics turned out much sharper but I was not able to get closer to the subject as I liked to. Perhaps, I will try using extension tubes the next time (will have to buy it first).
Hope you will enjoy these too! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() Those are much better, stunning really. Some still a little soft, make sure you're always shooting perpendicular to the glass. I don't have much experience with teleconverters for macro shots, not something I would probably use as the extra glass will probably work against you. I like the extension tubes better but they only allow you to focus on objects at a closer distance so may not always be useful with aquarium pics as tank glass typically gets in the way. As for using both not sure what the goal or results would be like but you could always try. Also consider a lens reversing ring for ultra macros.
