![]() whats the name of the doser that DOES have issues (so the rest of us can stay away from them)
In Ontario we are organizing a group buy for OEM peri pumps. They look exactly like the units in the Bubble Magus and GHL / Fauna Marine Dosers. They are going to be $20-$25 a pop but you will need your own power supply (12v dc adapter is about $5-$10) and a timer (or a reef controller) If you are interested visit this thread; http://www.thefragtank.ca/forum/index.php?topic=940.0 Last edited by phi delt reefer; 05-17-2011 at 05:44 PM. |

![]() I'd also give props to the BRS brand dosers. They're out of Italy I believe and they work great on my controller.

![]() I owned a aquamedic twin for over a year as well.
Problem is it siphons.....back siphon - forward siphon...what ever. It comes with small one way valves....but they soon clog up. Also the controller is soooo stupid. When the power goes off it doesnt loss the programing but you have have to hit two buttons to get it working again.....**** poor design. |
