Default Sneaky Goby!

I started up a new tank and had put my Pistol Shrimp/Watchman Goby in a small section of the sump. They are hillarious to watch, but the constant digging and somewhat... curmudgeony attitude of the pistol shrimp of anything that came within like five inches of his burrow was annoying in the main tank. Two days after I transfered them over, the goby went missing. I looked absolutely everywhere for him and couldn't find any trace of him. So, after a week I replaced him with a new goby as the pistol shrimp wasn't acting quite the same anymore... Only for two days later to go to the tank and see the old goby hanging out by the return pump in my sump. Turns out he had been hiding in a little section by the return intake and I just hadn't seen him. So, now I have one of the Watchman gobies up in the main tank area. Will he be fine without a shrimp, or should i take him back to the store/find him a new home?

Some watchman gobies won't pair up with pistols, so it will be fine on it's own.
