So anyone been running these for a while now? I have a 48x22x17 tank am thinking of doing the LED swap or a LED T5HO combo.

Still unsure about LED's for daylight.

I've had them on for a year and 3 or 4 months. My setup is 2 reefbrites (1 50/50 and 1 daylight) and 2 t5's. OK for softies/lps anywhere and a few sps in the top 6" of the tank.

I was happy with them until 1 string of LED's on the daylight strip failed 3 weeks out of warranty, retailer asked for coverage seeing as it was so close but the manufacturer said "tough luck". Because of this exceptionally poor customer service I would say pass on them.

For your frag tank, what corals do you propogate in there?

Personally for sps I still prefer a combo of either MH + LED or T5 + LED as opposed to LED only.

For LPS we use exclusively Reef Brite LED's on our propogation tank. They have been running there for 2 years and they work amazing! Great growth and amazing coloration!

No this is my display tank. Sps, LPS, mushrooms and zoas. I am running 2x 250 hqi but find them too strong.
