I am not sure it is all that good. I just looked, and a 24", 175W halide fixture without a bulb is $165.00 US on sale. It shows $45.00 US for shipping. Add to that the cost of the bulb, and the fan, and $15.00 for the Pulse Start conversion. I think J&L would be competitve at those prices.
