Default DIY Foods?

well, i'm not sure if this is the right area for this question but DIY is DIY right?

I am just wondering if anyone here has ever made their own food for their tanks. Mostly i am looking for a way to make feeding the tank simpler for times when i am away and someone else is feeding them. It would be nice to be able to create a frozen food with ingredients both for Fish and Corals. So yeah just wondering if anyone on here as done that and how successful they were with it.. also if you have any "secret Recipes" you dont mind making less secret that would be great.

Currently im thinking the best method may be just to combine the things i currently feed the tank.. toss in a blender add a little RO water to the mix and freeze.
