Haha that's too funny. Why do you think I *really* abandoned my closed loop? I can't bear to wait until I can actually begin work on the setup to fill it up lol.

Too bad they aren't!
Did some shopping last night to add to my BRS box that arrived yesterday! So now I'm up to ~$1,300 spent in plumbing to date and we're only around half way in that process.  More photos soonish. I took them, and I charged my camera, but need some quality time with my laptop.

$1300? HOW is that possible? Unless you have a bunch of massive sch80 true union valves and gate valves that seems crazy high. Unless you're including pumps in that figure...
