90 cube tank 25 sump

i currently am running a 90 gallon reef tank and a 44 gal invert tank without sumps, my friends bought me a 90 gal cube tank with a 25 gal aqueon sump for xmas, i have never had a sump before so any suggestions on wut to fill it with would help! i would also like to go with LED lighting on this set up as my other tanks are halides n T5's, any suggestions on which unit i should look into? i will post pictures up once i figure out how as this is my first thread
