hard dosent mean impossible, not for everyone anyways, some people cant keep clown fish alive so should we stop selling them?
if a fish was impossible to keep do you think they will sell for $1000? also you missed the part where it said risky for specimen less than 1/2". your rant maybe justified if it was a shark or something but not for this.
