How much sand or rock are u looking for? If it's just for seeding I could spare a cup or two of sand, and a small chunk of rock or two out of my sump, of course not the cleanest as it is in the sump, lol. If it was a month or two down the road I would know just how much of my rock would be utilized in my new system, and would probably be able to part with more. Wish I could be of more help.

Actually, I think I have enough rock. It's just been cooked, that's all. I'm just looking to get some organisms back in there.
