I think everyone is open to hosting it somewhere else every now and again. We want to encourage people to come. It is just that TomR is the one who takes the intiative to arrange it.

Yes if you want to host a dinner in an area near you, just PM me at least 3 weeks ahead of the date and I will help you organize the event.

Reservation has been made. As always there is room for more. We are normally at the Big Ridge to about 9 ish, sometimes later, for anyone wanting to stop by if you can't make it at 6:30.

Hey guys.. How many still come out to these events? I'm interested in hosting the next one so I can actually attend... can people without tanks play too?

Usualy 6 to 7 people come out . It is in Surrey each time. So being in a different city might get others to come out as well. TomR really is the one still hosting these but I do know they are open to other locations.

The next Dinner would be November 17.

If you are wanting to host it, Just find a restaurant that can handle it and we will post it here on Canreef. With everyone confirming their attendance and a couple of days before the Dinner you make a reservation for the people who have indicated their attendance.
