seahares do better when you drip aclimate but either way they are tough to ship

cOulda been starving when you got it and to weak and stressed for acclimation or maybe it got harrassed by something in your tank I know my clans hate my sea hare

Next time I would drip acclimate 1.5-2 hours, inverts are often more sensitive to changes than fish. Better luck next time

They are certainly a finicky species, I have never kept one longer than 2 months they just disappear one day.
