alk is 4.0 dkh is 11.2.
Good thing i didnt get a chance to catch her last night though. The heater stopped working and the QT tank temp went below 60. Its cold in our house lol.

Lights arent on yet so i cant even see her. Heck i cant see any fish right now. I will take a closer look again when they come on. Her eye isint cloudy all over. Just the top half and one of the sides of her eye. Her body is cloudy all over like a thin cloudy film that started at her gills. I will get more info when lights come on.

Im wondering if this could be delayed stress from being transported from lfs to here? I dont know. Gotta wait a few hours for water to warm up again now before moving her... If i can catch her first.

Im wondering if i should pick up some activated carbon too and see if that will do anything like improve health of corals. There may be some chemical warfare going on. They are recent additions and were pretty stressed from a 2 day shipment.

Alright so i got a closer look at her. Her eye is clearing up. its almost clear now. Her body is still the same with a slime coat and she is pale.
She is eating very well and swimming normally but she is uncomfortable. She didnt act uncomfy yesterday. Today she is shaking her head around a bit and scratching herself against the skimmer. Not the rocks.

Personally, I would try giving her a PraziPro dip. I am suspecting flukes and/or worms. In a couple days if that doesn't help I would put her in a QT using water from the tank she is in now, at normal salinity, and treat her with PraziPro for the full treatment listed on the bottle.

Ok so shaking of the head and flashing and body is pale. common signs of flukes I would get Prazi-pro
garlic extreme
and selcon
Meds will not do a thing against flukes.
you can have it on have just in case If you dip a FW dip some of the flukes will come off and you can conferm that she has them this will also help while you are waiting to get some Prazi-pro. Prazi-pro dip is not a recommended treatment rather a tank treatment is recommended treatment the container says you can treat for 5 - 7 day I have done it twice and I would go for the full 7 day treatment. If you have to use the powder version it is the same treatment but you have to use it in a QT where you can use prazi-pro in the DT, I would only do this if you can not catch her quickly get her into a QT all treatment should be carried out in a QT if possible.

Melifix is good for open wounds and fungus treatment and can aid with the fight against Ick. I have had to treat my DT with Prazi-pro before to treat for Flukes nothing died my Nem consumed him self for a while that is what my kids thought. the nem retracted and hid for the week I use prazi-pro and came out when treatment was over, about 2 days after skimmer and carbon was back in use. corals didn't really care about the treatment I think these are good things to know. as far as corals I had in the tank at the time there were:
montipora caps
frog spawn and a hammer.
some mushrooms
some soft corals
I had snails, shrimps and hermits which after the second or third day just climbed in their shells and waited till the treatment finished, I almost forgot about that.
