quiet 1 4000 High Head might do it economically...
The number one issue I founf in my research when i was looking to do this same thing is noise from vibration in the wall and resonating through it to different parts of the house... My house is 60 years old, well built but poorly insulated by todays standards. so this really made me decide to just run sperate systems.
