Hey AJ_77,
That is not fair, this is the only story so far. And I am working with the buyer. So please try to be reasonalbe with your comments. As with any supplier one cannot assume responsibility for improper wiring. We know for a fact that ballast and bulb were not wired properly to begin with, so please do not blame a prodcut when the mistakes lie elsewhere. Venki
