North Americans aren't too familiar with thsi brand, but they hve been making high quality acrylic equipment for almost 30 years out of Germany.
This is a no nonsense skimmer and very well built. My Schuran Pico ca reactor once had a fitting break that I could not find anywhere and as a lastditch effort, I emailed Schuran in Germany saying I owned the Pico and a jetskim 120 and wondered where I could get replacement parts for them. They emailed me back asking for my address. Within 2 weeks I had a little package from Germany with a full set of spare fittings for my Pico Reactor and an upgraded Venturi for my Jetskim. No charge, didn't even have to pay for shipping. Have been BIG fan of Schuran ever since, just thought I'd pipe in as I know this brand leaves a few question marks in north american hobbyists heads. |
