Default help with clove polyps

my clove polyps that i bought last week are falling apart. can anyone tell me why?

Because they're dead

But if a small amount of tissue does survive, there is the off chance that it will grow back

ok let me re phase the question, anyone know why they may be dieing? are they sensitive too something? i have mh lights and water quality is good.

The generally like lower flow areas, with lower amounts of light.

If it's falling apart and you just got, it's probably a shipping/acclimation issue.

Not trying to hijack. But I really wish I had your problem. I have the brownie type that I have been trying to kill. I cant see any of my rocks that are exposed to the lighted areas anymore. They have taken over but my corals do grow over them. I have lots of light and lots of flow so I don't really agree with the low flow and low light.
