you can also add more joists(the blue in the diagram)to support more weight and to spread the weight over the floor .on the back wall you could continue the studs(purple)directly under the joists for more support(16" centers on both).where you have access doors double up your header(one of the reds).2 doors one stud doubled,3 doors 2 studs doubled(also known as a cripple).thats the way i made mine to support my 220

use spruce -not finger jointed and coat them in a marine enamel or urathane-i also used 5/8" plywood on the bottom base and glued on some blue skin to catch any leaks inside the base

IMO IF you are planning on sheathing it (skinning it) with 1/2" or bigger sheathing you can probably lose the green supports.
