If the reef is only a couple of months old then the algae could just be part of the cycling of the tank.
Good to have all those pods. Set up a refugium if you can and try to always have lots of pods
Try this for the algae problem: Make sure your skimmer is working good. Do weekly water changes for about a month, the algae should start dying.
The long thick green plant is macro algae its good and will compete with the other algae for nutrients.
Make sure your water source is low in phosphates.
