I was just looking at your last plumbing shots of the OM4way. I very sad to tell you that you need to tear apart the plumbing that runs from the OM4ways to the valves and insert some unions in there. You have unions above the valves...but you need to have them between the valves and the OM4way as well.

Also, ensure that on the input side of the new pump it should be similar...valve, then union, then pump.

You need to be able to remove the pump and OM4way completely from the system for maintenance. The way you currently have it plumbed you won't be able to do that once it is full of water.
