Just FYI, Sabic bought GE Polymershapes a few years ago. Same location (up by the airport next to the big Canada Post plant).

Default cutting

You must be very careful when cutting the acrylic tube. Do not let it get hot as this can cause micro fishers. It is also important to make sure the joints you are connecting are clean and straight. Good Luck, Don

well here are some photos
i used 4" pvc fittings
heres the mess i made cutting and gluing the acrilic

its 30" tall reactor

this is the top end intake to the pump 1/2" fitting glued in

this is the opening above the outlet of the pump and perforated acrylic where the media will rest

this is the bottem end where it connects to the pump
there are 2 1/4" fittings on the intake of the pump one for the fresh tank water the other from the drip cup of the CO2.
one 1/4" fitting drilled on the outlet of the pump pushing reactor water to the tank

just a random photo of the seat for the media

ok its 2:30 in the morning i should go to bed.
