Fuge lighting and cyano

My dt has been pretty clean lately.

I had my cheato in the sump, but cyano and other algae's kept growing everywhere, including inside my skimmer so i moved it up to the attached 15 gallon that has some softies on one side and the cheato on the other.

I have it lit with a 6500k spiral. I had a 9 or 13 watt over the sump and put a 23 watt over the fuge.


the softies love it, the cheato i think is still growing

but it grows cyano like crazy.

it looks like lots of flow in there, from the return and a K2.

how do i get rid of the cyano?
