Well that pretty much some's it up Just remember when having a smaller tank it s easier to get a bigger skimmer to clean your tank. when you get into bigger tanks. then you have to watch out what you are doing. with me my 150 gal reef and a 20 gal sump with my bubble king SM 250 its skims alot and to much ,but i dont have to worry about nitrates and other nutrients in the tank and i can feed lots when Im bored.
