Wrasse ID pretty please

I'm guessing Pinstriped (P. evanidus). I have Kuiter's guide to Fairy and Rainbow wrasses (it actually covers all wrasses - man there are literally 100's of wrasse species ) and the pictures of yours look pretty close to what he has pictured for this species. Here is what he has to say about it:

Widespread Indo-West Pacific. Clear coastal to outer reef slopes and walls with rich invertebrate growth. Usually in caves or crevices to at least 40m in depth. Identified by the numerous thin longitudinal lines along the body. Length to 8cm.

I see numerous thin longitudinal lines. And FWIW, nothing in the index about "evasive wrasse". So I think that's your ID.
