Hi Tony,
I'm quite sure it's not a Crispa as the tentacles are very short and blunt. Malu, not so sure. The base of this one is pure white and hard. Also, the unique color on this one is making it perplexing. I've had it for over a month now and it prefers lower light and has not lost it's color. I thought that it might have been dyed but so far the color hasn't faded. Thanks for your reply. Crispa tends to have very short blunt tentacles after collection though. If it still looks like that after 6 months then yeah, probably not crispa.
To be honest though I still sorta think it's malu. Unless of course it's not a hosting species of anemone, which may very well be the case, and in which case I have no idea, because that's outside of my experience base.
