The pics aren't clear enough to get any idea what you are dealing with. Ich will look like specks of salt not a "patch" so you are most likely dealing with either Brook or Velvet. If its brook prazi pro won't work. You'll have to use Formalin. And fast. Brook can kill in 24 hours so you don't have much time. If its velvet you'll need to treat with copper. I would say the best chance is that its Brook.

What are your clownfish hosting in?.....the dark mark kinda looks like a sting mark from a coral.....the white patch could be a secondary fungal infection from a previous sting?

if its Brook then that is why I posted the link it tells you what you have to do it is a very good artical and formalin is right but it could be flukes and prazi-pro will work very efectivly also on a few other prosibilities. I had a strane if flukes a while back that were transferable used prazi-pro worked very well. lost 2 fish 1 from stress trying to catch and QT and a second that had nothing todo with this outbreak.
As I said and others have said you need a clear picture of the spot.

Does the white spot looked raised up and also look like a small head of cauliflower? If so, it could also by Lymphocystis.
