And ya work, but it's all part of the master "Fishtank" Plan. I want to extend the 150g stand another 4ft, then put a shallow frag/clam tank beside it, more under tank space, Acrylic sump etc. BUT, it will be a real PITA to move after that, so the floor needs to be done first.

Do you need a tank 33,25,10 perhaps I have one to donate to a worthy cause Sounds like you have some interesting ideas...why not just bring me
the old one and build a new one

Ya you'll have to do a little better than that to get my 150g hehehe. My present sump, you don't want it. It's Fugly! and to darn tall.
