ive been doing treatments for weeks now and its still there. reserching for days and finally found the culpret its dinoflaggelates if anyone has any info or experience with this please let me know

Reduce nutrients; Use GFO, Reduce your lighting period, Use more carbon & Manually remove as much as possible daily..

I believe that raising the PH can also help, although i would be careful and do it very slowly.
