I purchased a glue called Corafix from LFS it seem to work ok.

I use Loctite 404 with no issues on Softies. SPS I use Aquascape Milliput epoxy
http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s...ct_ID=MC-DELEP Takes a little bit to get right. I find have to press some into the rock, and then press the SPS into the epoxy. Not much luck with it sticking Monti caps yet tho. I keep breaking the caps

Any Crazy glue gel will work. Don't have to do it underwater. Dry off the frag where you're going to glue it, then put a little blob of glue on the plug. Stick the sps frag in and you're pretty much ready to stick it underwater.
