AW is in the heart of Vancouver and probably have to pay significantly higher rent than some of their burnaby or delta counterparts...

A very convenient location for this in the neighborhood, but you will find that their prices reflect their location...

Yeah I know. I live in downtown but I have not been there for a long time. So perhaps they have more choice of livestock nowadays.
