![]() A friend has one in their DT - they trained it to eat frozen by starting with brine shrimp, then mixing in mysis slowly, eventually making it all mysis/frozen.
Oh, and it doesn't eat polyps apparently - possibly feeding on slime, but definitely doesn't eat polyps. |

![]() Matt Peterson (sp?) has an article on his successful breeding of that fish. It's either in the latest issue of Coral Mag or that new mag "Reef Life".

![]() The store did let me know it ate corals however I have a FOWLR. I started off the same way. Feeding brine at 1st and then mixng in mysis and no eats pretty uch anything frozen I put into the tank. SO far this is my favorite fish. Love the way it sleeps. Vertically with its back tail completely limped over.

![]() Hate to say it but I got him from big als. My wife wanted to check out Ikea so while she was doing that I checked out Big als and Jl's and ended up with a fish and she ended up with a dresser, light, stuffed animals and decoration for our new addition (baby) next year.

![]() Well I love Ikea and the fish stores so I would not have missed out on either.
As long as the fish is healthy....shouldn't matter where it came from just that it now has a loving home. |
