You should add your bad experience with Fragalot under the Deletion of Posts under the vendor section for him.

I am having the same issue as the both of you with the exception that he is refusing to respond and resolve.

Here is hoping he will be more willing to respond to you guys.

Meh i only tried Fragalot because Ken at Blue World recommended him.....up until that point it was just an idea.....i think if you arent the one dealing with him directly and are not a business, that fragalot could care less about his quality, because what he gave blue world looked alot better then our order.....oh well chalk it up to life experience....

Long story short;

I was turned on by the site and the $10 deal. Did a group order and it was mediocre for me, and good with the others. I got a $30 credit from missing and DOA frags, and posted on the "Replacement Fragalot Order" thread in the Edmonton forum to see if there would be another blueworld group order to cash in my credit. Others chimed in with an interest in a group order so there it went.

I opted to host the order as it would be easier to apply the credit I had. As there is not a "credit or discount" option on paypal, I asked repeatedly for my credit or a refund to the prepaid order with no response. 3 weeks later when he sent me an email confirming delivery (which was a few days late again) I asked for a few extra frags as I saw there was no way 3 weeks after asking for my credit was I going to see it.

... my comments on the recent order above. Hopefully it was better for the others than it was for me.

NOW, here's my real opinion on fragalot; Low price for a below quality product with substandard service and a mis represented product. If this were ebay, this vendor would be out of business due to the repeated bad ratings. Another problem with this is that some people in the hobby thinks a web site like that represents the truth on the real cost, quality and value on this product which fragalot gives a gross misrepresentation (i.e. 4/11 frags alive = 27.50/frag). Moral of the rant above is you get what you pay for, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, and frags are not 10 bucks from a reputable source. I would love to name a few sources, but Im out of room on this post!

Another interesting turn out from this vendor, it is nice to see that people are realizing that you really do get what you pay for..... None of the pieces pictured had anytime to heal and were likely poorly packaged and or stressed out and cut up/glued just before bagging.

I even think my old "skin flap" deals were better than those pieces.
