I used to use a turkey baster or Kent marine squirt with a small modification!
I took a soft drink 2 litter plastic bottle; cut it half the middle and then I inserted the squirt/turkey baster into the bottle neck.
Now in order to feed the coral you load the squirt/turkey baster with mysis and cover the coral with the half bottle, sort of dome shape. Then discharge the food.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll be sure to let you know if small sun corals start popping up in the tank.
