Okay here's some pics.
Sump is a standard 33g 36x12x16 designed for dual or a split drain. Left side is 10.5" wide, takes an ASM G2 just barely. Middle (return)is about 8 inches and right side is just over 16, makes a good fuge.   Only 2 baffles per side because I was doing pretty low flow. It should be able to handle about 900gph without bubble problems. PM me if you're interested.
