I'm in Saskatoon, but I bought a 80L (~20G) blue recycle bin initially to mix water. Since then, though, I've kept it around as my emergency tank. Like when I was scrubbing at some corraline and cracked the glass

worked well for the nano.

I thought about using it as a ro water or mixing tank. Holds 50 gallons easy. except I think they put a metal pipe through it to stop people like us.

i have one i bought from rona, exept its black.
Holds 50 gallons and has wheels.
The sides pop out when its full of water but it works perfectly.

Just grab a cheap garden hose bulkhead and put it at the bottom of the plastic bin and you have instant gravity feed to your sump.

We're paying $8/month for those bins if you think about it. Not a good idea to not use it for recycling!

What kind of metal do you think?
Does it has any copper content?

If it is just iron or steel then I will use it for mixing.
