I think he meant it as a sarcastic type joke, at least I hope so. This comment "Indeed, im still at awe that its still being used" that fragNplug made after would suggest that.
On a side note I believe removal of a lot of rock may be the only way. Although I realize this will probably only happen after about 2 hours of desperately trying to catch the little guy without removing the rock

You could always get a second, my two tanks are side by side and for some reason my bicolor blenny and lawn mower blenny (which are in different tanks) are always closest together staring at each other through the glass.
