Update from Costa Rica...

I've gone as deep as 130ft in Costa Rica & I found light very bright, of course intensely blue, but that happens very rapidly in water,
I occationally use my UK1000 divelight even when snorkelling because of this.
This is the first time I've dove here at this time of year & I noticed reduced visibility here at most sites, unlike previous trips during our winter months. Its comparible to diving around Vancouver actually.
Makes you think twice about the ammount of light over your tank...
